DESCRIPTION:Are you ready to start or grow your storefront\, kiosk or pop-up? \nSign up to attend our no-cost\, 6-week workshop series for aspiring and existing retailers. The series\, taught by small business advisor and retail expert Karie Armstrong\, is taught on 6 consecutive Thursdays\, from September 26th through October 31st. This is the first of 6 intensive workshops designed to help you avoid common start-up errors and help position your business for success. \n  \n  \n  \nThis first workshop is entitled “The Blueprint: Building Your Retail Business Part 1” and the discussion will center around:\n-Defining the types of retail opportunities\n-Basic Business Formation\n-Competitive Analysis \nREGISTER NOW \nThe second workshop (Oct 3rd) will focus on planning and customer identification.\nThe third (Oct 10th) will focus on sourcing\, costing\, and pricing.\nThe fourth (Oct 17th) will focus on retail site selection criteria and lease agreements.\nThe fifth (Oct 24th) will focus on budgeting\, projections\, and funding\nThe sixth (Oct 31st) will focus on infrastructure\, building your team\, and your marketing plan. \nIf you sign up for this series\, it’s imperative that you attend at least 5 out of the 6 workshops in order to maximize your learning experience and allow the series to be beneficial to you. \n  \n  \nParking is available in Struture “J” for $2 \n
